Athens Resonates is an organization comprised of (mostly) Athens, GA based creative businesses who have come together to raise money and awareness for Nuci's Space and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Athens Music Makers program. We raise money by recording bands live to 1/2" 2-track tape in the studio and pressing two of the songs to a 7 inch record for sale in our store. Each of the records is pressed in a constantly changing blend of color so just like the recording, they're an unrepeatable moment in time.
Record jackets are all hand screen printed. Each release is limited to 300 copies.
I illustrated the cover art for these featured 7 inch singles 1-5 and continue to work with future illustrators on the newer 7 inch single jacket layouts.
